Implementing Inclusive Interventions
All students can learn, when provided appropriate instruction. The focus is to include all students in the general education classroom as much as possible. Our service provides assessment and strategies for increasing staff and student success. Our consultants are trained in techniques and strategies that work in the general education classroom for students struggling with classroom curriculum. There is significant data available which proves removing students from their peer group and comfort zone for interventions is not successful. There is a better way, a method to improve teacher confidence and student academic success.

Coaching Educators
Every teacher begins teaching with passion and confidence to reach the stars. The knowledge acquired in academic courses is excellent, but the hands on day to day responsibilities may challenge pre-service learning. Our service will work alongside
educators for classroom management, intervention strategies, best practices in instructional approach, and the navigation of the intricate maze of special education policy.

Analyzing Organization Plan for Change
The daily pace and level of responsibility can make it difficult to find the time to analyze effectiveness of your organization, design a plan for improved success, to implement the transformation, and to assess effectiveness of the changes made to the organization. Our consultants are available to observe, research, develop, and assess the need for improvement or change.

Advocating for Students
Our consultants are dedicated to the belief all students can learn provided appropriate instruction. With a combined 30 plus years of experience in public education our consultants look forward to working with you, your student, and your student's educators to determine an effective instructional plan. To build the best Individual Education Plan it takes the whole team. Let us explain the process and be a familiar face in the meetings to help advocate for your student.
